How do I sort my matches by their age or location?
You are able to sort by various criteria including age and location when you view your matches.
What do I do if someone is rude to me on www.twoofakind.com.au?
If another member is rude or abusive towards you on Two of a Kind, please click on “Report user as abusive” to send an email to admin@twoofakind.com.au.
What do I do if I have trouble reading my messages?
If there are technical problems with the website which prevent you from being able to access your messages, please contact admin@twoofakind.com.au
Can I access my profile before it’s approved by the administrator?
No, you cannot access your Two of a Kind account before it's approved by the administrator. You should have approval within three working days.
What do I say to someone if I think they’re not Jewish?
Please contact admin@twoofakind.com.auif you feel there is a problem with another member’s Jewish status.
Can I hide my photos from other members?
No, you can’t hide photos.
How do I upload photos?
Click on “Home” and then “Edit my profile”. On the tabs going across the screen you can click on “Profile Pic” to upload your main picture, or “Other pics” to upload further pictures.
Can I check the profile of someone of the same sex?
Yes, you can search for members of the same sex in the same way as you search members of the opposite sex: just specify which gender you are looking for in your search criteria.
